Brian C. Lachapelle was born in 1969 and adopted as an infant. He was raised by his wonderful mother and father in Winthrop, Maine. Brian is a graduate of Central Maine Vocational Technical Institute in building construction technology. He is also a graduate of Kennebec Valley Technical College in Paramedicine. He continues his education in the real estate profession.
In 1991 Brian was drawn to the fire service and joined the Winthrop volunteer fire department. His passion for helping people brought him to Bangor in 1996 where he was employed by the City of Bangor as a firefighter / paramedic. He is still currently active with the Bangor Fire Department working two days a week.
Brian and his family reside in the town of Hampden. They attend the East Eddington Community Church. Brian owns multiple investment properties giving him the experience and expertise to assist anyone looking to own investment properties.
Brian obtained his Maine real estate license and employment with Realty of Maine in January 2005. He has received awards for production excellence for multiple years. He is a member of the Bangor Board of Realtors®, the Maine Association of Realtors®, and the National Association of Realtors®. Brian is also a member of the Greater Bangor Apartment Owners and Managers Association.
Being native to Maine and traveling to many different places, Brian understands why people of all origins are drawn to our beautiful state. Some of Brian’s hobbies are hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, ATVs, and golfing.
