A native of South Carolina, Dale spent 23 years in Atlanta as a litigation paralegal, small business owner, banker and business credit manager before making the life-changing move to Bangor, Maine in August 1999.

"I did not even own a winter coat! My friends thought I had lost my mind. But, I have come to love the slower lifestyle and the year-round recreational options that this beautiful state has to offer."

Dale holds a B.A. in Political Science from Furman University in Greenville, SC and a Litigation Certificate from the Institute for Paralegal Studies in Philadelphia. She has done graduate work in business at both Georgia State University and the University of Maine. She is a strong believer in community involvement and has served on the boards of Literacy Volunteers of Bangor and the Bangor Y. An active member of All Souls Congregational Church, Dale has served as chairperson of the Coordinating Committee, Nominating Committee, Bazaar Luncheon Committee and as Senior Deacon. She currently volunteers with the American Folk Festival and the Senior League World Series. Her hobbies include cycling, kayaking, working out at the Y, cross-country skiing and traveling.

While fully licensed as a Maine real estate agent, Dale does not actively list or sell. Her function is to match prospective clients to one of Realty of Maine's 120+ agents. Additionally, she handles marketing, public relations, communications, information management, website management, sales meetings, agent development and whatever else the day brings on at the seven offices of Realty of Maine.
