Lori was born and raised in Millinocket, Maine. After high school, she moved to Portland and obtained her Associates degree in Business Management. She married soon after that, which led her to Madawaska, Maine on the Canadian border. But, Stockton Springs was the area where Lori and her husband Jim settled down to start a family. Twenty years later, they still reside in mid-coast Maine.

Lori has been able to help buyers and sellers of real estate in many areas of Maine. “I love Maine and the fact that I’ve been able to spend time in different parts of this special state. I’ve sold everything from large apartment houses in the Old Port to small camps at the foot of Mount Katahdin.”

Recent changes in the real estate industry have been a struggle for many. Knowing how to deal with foreclosures and short sales has been a must. “Taking advantage of the current market is crucial. I have learned how to find great deals on foreclosures and have purchased several properties of my own at real estate auctions. This first-hand experience helps my clients feel comfortable with the foreclosure process, knowing that I’ve personally gone through it. My contractor husband and I decided to start investing in real estate several years ago. He taught me what to look for when assessing a piece of real estate. I now know what a good investment property looks like!”
