Phyllis Wolf was born and raised in Aroostook County in the small town of Sherman, Maine. After graduating from Katahdin High School, she moved to the Bangor area where she has lived and worked since 1977.

Phyllis previously owned and operated The Whatnot Shoppe in Hampden, a local antique group shop, and also sold antiques through Ebay. She is a natural born saleswoman and started her involvement in real estate three years ago.
